In January 12, 2026. We got our final update for Mafia Drones: A Marco Network Theatrical Movie. It was unveiled that Mirogui got scammed by Wilbert C.D.A the creator of this film. Backlash appeared on the server itself, and that after 1 year later, Davidrome left Marco Network AALAD and Illustrious conformed it's cancellation followed by cancelling the prequel.
The film was revealed to be a fan film made like film which is Illustrious original focus, the studio created Disney fan films based on it's characters as Image Side Pictures until it rebranded to Illustrious Iridescent Pictures to focus on indie projects done by other creators.
But Mafia Drones become that fan film again, the project was first owned by C.D.A Studios until a new ownership change when Image Side Pictures acquired the rights for the film's release.
But it would later change to Marco Network as Marco Network Films bought the project for the Marco Network for Teens channel to get in the film business. However the project has ran in problems with the crew members itself, from those like Wilbert. He treated Mirogui dirty as he is not paying her for the price to buy your creators, and Austin said that he did not want the project to be making it a paid project, something that Marco would not accept paid projects to unpaid projects.
He also became a liar to Mirogui as well, that caused a downhill as well. This caused Illustrious to change the future of the production server. Illustrious Iridescent announced that all Mafia Drones members has been fired, and the premiere for May 2027 has been cancelled. The prequel series in development in Marco Network Animation Studios has been cancelled and not going to be released on Marco Network For Teens.
The planned co-distribution deal between Marco Studios and A24 is also likely is not happening for Mafia Drones.
All event pages for this film is going to be removed and Eventbrite.
Illustrious scrapped C.D.A Studios deal for producing 3 original films before they are finding a new creators or a new studio.
This might lead to a new future for Illustrious shifted to indie films and officially stopped producing the fan movies that the creators are giving to the studio.
Isaiah Austin can continue on his Future Packed series with creative freedom with AATV and Marco Network.
As for this project, It not the case to cancel this, Wilbert may need to pay the crew members to the keep the project alive, but he is geing blocked on YouTube and exit Casting Call Club.
Thanks for everything who created the project to life, but it was not excited to see Wilbert C.D.A become today, not a great creator but it would never let Illustrious down for the work he give the studio.
Thanks your article.
